[xcat-user] Change the xCAT installdir

ah, that's a bummer.  Well, perhaps this will be a good time to fix that
bug.  Can you open a bug report on it?  I think there's also the same issue
with the /tftpboot directory being the default.  It shouldn't be too hard to
change.
