Aloha,

not sure if this is a bug or just a stupid user issue :-)
But a simple makehosts -n creates a not fully configured /etc/hosts on
my system.
I use the latest xCAT2 snap.

makehosts -n creates something like:
-------------
10.0.3.1 idpx01-bmc
10.0.3.2 idpx02-bmc
10.0.3.3 idpx03-bmc
10.0.3.4 idpx04-bmc
10.0.3.5 idpx05-bmc
10.0.3.6 idpx06-bmc
....
-------------

But it should look like
-------------
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
::1     localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6

10.0.3.1 idpx01-bmc
10.0.3.2 idpx02-bmc
10.0.3.3 idpx03-bmc
10.0.3.4 idpx04-bmc
10.0.3.5 idpx05-bmc
10.0.3.6 idpx06-bmc
10.0.3.7 idpx07-bmc
10.0.3.8 idpx08-bmc

-------------

Especially the first lines are important.
Any ideas how this could happen?

Thanks in advance
