[xcat-user] xCAT Linux Cookbook and Monitoring Doc Path Changed Slightly

In the svn trunk, in the docs dir 
(http://xcat.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/xcat/xcat-core/trunk/xCAT-client/share/doc/), 
I renamed xCAT2.0.{odt|pdf} to xCAT2.{odt|pdf}
and xCAT2.0-Monitoring.{odt|pdf} to xCAT2-Monitoring.{odt|pdf}, because 
they will also apply to 2.1.  I updated the links to these docs on the 
xcat web page, but if there are other links to them (Norm, in the AIX 
cookbook?) please update them.
