[xcat-user] Windows diskless nodes - finally working!

To reduce disk space start with sparse files (should be default for
xCAT makeiscsi command).

For the rest of your stuff, you'll need to consult a Microsoft guru,
since it is MS stuff.  MS does have template like a kickstart file.
